INDEPENDENT ENTREPRENEUR AGREEMENT - Valid and digitally signed version.
Between the parties:
THE DREAM GLOBAL NETWORK OF AMERICA LLC, LLC, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, State Entity ID 10344904, with registered office at 8 The Green STE A, Dover, Kent County, DE 19901, USA, hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY;
And, on the other side:

The parties enter into this Independent Entrepreneur Agreement with the following clauses:
CLAUSE 1 - OBJECT
The ENTREPRENEUR will act as an independent business partner, fully responsible for their activities and results, without any employment or corporate ties.
CLAUSE 2 - NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP
The relationship is strictly a 100% independent business partnership, with no obligation of exclusivity, work schedule, or minimum working hours, providing the ENTREPRENEUR full freedom to work as, when, and where they wish, without entitlement to salary, vacation, 13th salary, FGTS, or any other benefits, and without any employment or labor ties.
The ENTREPRENEUR is responsible for all taxes and contributions arising from their activity.
There is no hierarchy: the ENTREPRENEUR defines methods, schedules, and strategies.
The ENTREPRENEUR acts solely as an independent entrepreneur, free to work with other companies or businesses, fully aware that they will have no employment relationship with THE DREAM GLOBAL NETWORK OF AMERICA LLC and will not possess or be entitled to any benefits, labor rights, or judicial indemnifications under any circumstances.
CLAUSE 3 - RESPONSIBILITIES AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Act ethically, legally, and transparently.
Prohibited: disseminating false information, guaranteeing fixed results, using fraudulent recruitment or sales methods, or unauthorized representation of the COMPANY.
Breach authorizes immediate termination and indemnification.
CLAUSE 4 - COMPENSATION
Compensation will be exclusively according to the COMPANY's current Compensation Plan, with no minimum guarantee, and does not include reimbursement of expenses unless formally agreed in writing.
CLAUSE 5 - CONFIDENTIALITY
Absolute confidentiality regarding strategic information, client lists, marketing methods, and internal data, even after contract termination.
CLAUSE 6 - SANCTIONS AND PROTECTION AGAINST ABUSIVE CLAIMS
Any unfounded, fraudulent, or abusive legal action against the COMPANY will subject the ENTREPRENEUR to payment of: legal costs; attorney fees of the COMPANY; indemnification for material and moral damages; and a judicial fine of $10,000 if it is necessary for the COMPANY to file a counterclaim, reconvention, or any judicial defense.
The COMPANY may require proof that the ENTREPRENEUR's actions and claims comply with this agreement, the current Compensation Plan, and applicable ethical and legal standards.
Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the COMPANY's contracts, documents, or systems to receive undue commissions will be considered serious fraud, authorizing immediate termination.
CLAUSE 7 - TERMINATION
Termination with 30 days notice, maintaining confidentiality obligations and sanctions for bad faith; termination for just cause is immediate.
CLAUSE 8 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; disputes must be filed exclusively in the courts of Delaware, with mediation and arbitration as a prerequisite.
CLAUSE 9 - FINAL PROVISIONS
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding prior agreements.
Amendments are only valid if in writing and signed by both parties.
The INDEPENDENT ENTREPRENEUR acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all clauses, signing digitally by selecting "I agree" during account registration.
This agreement becomes fully effective and legally binding from the moment the ENTREPRENEUR selects "I agree".
